From the wonderful, witty staff to the amazing presentation of the well seasoned dishes, this should be a dining experience that travelers and locals should experience at once. “ Bavette’s brings classic speakeasy vibes to Park MGM in Vegas. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint- upon entering, you’re greeted by dim lighting and a welcoming sitting room with plenty of seating and the hostess stand. The restaurant itself is unique- you’ll see a bar at the center with private spaces and main dining room surrounding. We were told there was a secret bar by the table next to us, but we didn’t check it out this time. This steakhouse has plenty of options for those with food allergies. They had vegan/ GF options. Pictured is the tenderloin steak tartare, mixed green and apple salad, filet mignon, and the vegan pasta option. We didn’t photograph the homemade sourdough, Brussel sprouts, loaded baked potato, or the strawberry sorbet, but all were out of this world. The sides are big enough to share. The service was unforgettable and the food was phenomenal! We can’t wait to come back to try more of the amazing food!! ”
“ Absolutely DELICIOUS. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Cooked perfectly with a salt crust. Baked potato was delicious fully loaded with candied bacon. Homemade sourdough was to die for! Nadine our server was wonderful, as well as the people bringing the food and picking up dishes. Ambiance is dark, intimate, and quiet. Wonderful date night spot in Vegas. ”

The bone-in ribeye arrived like a masterpiece ... paired with the 2022 Double Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon (expertly recommended by a sommelier), this dinner went from “nice evening out” to “incredible experience.” But don’t sleep on the shellfish. The chilled seafood tower was a two tiered monument to oceanic excess. Service? Impeccable. The staff at Bavette’s don’t serve you ... they curate your night. Water never dips below half, recommendations are spot on, and they somehow appear the moment you need them without ever hovering. It’s as if the entire team has a sixth sense for your dining pleasure. Bavette’s isn’t just another Vegas steakhouse. It’s a mood. A moment. A memory in the making. ”
“ As a connoisseur of fine steakhouses and cocktails, I must say, this is as good as it gets. The quality of the meat was exceptional, preparation was outstanding, service was excellent, and the ambience leaves nothing to be desired. I had a hard time finding anything I didn’t like, and this is one of the rare occasions that I don’t have any real suggestions for improvements. Finally, this is quite an expensive restaurant, but you get what you pay for! ”
“ Very good steakhouse with an excellent atmosphere. It's got an old Victorian vibe which was well done. The food was all delicious, Brussels sprouts for an appetizer, amazing sourdough bread. Salmon for my entree and a little cake sampler for dessert. My friend has a ribeye and said it was perfect. The wait staff was impeccable. We really enjoyed our meals here ”
